YG Financial Group, P.C. was formed by Tom Yaxley and Hans Grotelueschen through the merger of their two businesses, Tom Yaxley & Co., P.C., and Grotelueschen & Associates, LLC. YG Financial Group, P.C. is a firm of 25 professionals with diverse experiences and expertise.

Financial Services
Our services encompass nearly every aspect of financial life. We are experienced in all matters of accounting and taxation, IRS problem resolution, estates and trusts, business formation, financial planning and investment, real estate and business sales.
We provide tax planning and compliance services to a variety of clients. We offer tax preparation services for businesses as well as individuals. We often prepare or clean up our client’s bookkeeping for the year as well as file the appropriate tax returns. In addition to preparation, we go beyond tax compliance and proactively recommend tax-saving strategies to maximize our client’s after-tax income. Finally, we assist our clients in IRS problem resolution including audits representation, non-filed tax returns, and other tax problems.
We offer our clients a wide variety of business consulting services. For example, we provide part-time CFO services to growing businesses that require professional financial advice, but can't afford a full-time CFO or controller. We offer strategic business planning services to assist our clients in obtaining financing. In addition, our strategic business planning services help clarify our client’s company's direction, ensure key leaders are all "on the same page", and keep both management and staff focused on the tasks at hand.
Many of our employees are certified as QuickBooks ProAdvisors, which allows us to keep up to date with changes and improvements to the QuickBooks accounting software. We offer our clients QuickBooks services including training, setup and advice. Additionally, we offer our clients time-saving payroll outsourcing and assistance services. We offer services for not-for-profit clients to setup and maintain tax-exempt status. Finally, we can assess our clients’ internal control systems to determine the efficiency and effectiveness of their operating procedures.
We provide estate planning guidance to our clients by clearly defining estate planning goals and recommending various estate planning options. We also assist our clients in the preparation, organization, and review of estate planning documents. We can arrange for management of our client’s estate in the event they are incapacitated. We organize fair and adequate liquidation of our client’s estate to cover taxes and other expenses. In addition, we offer our clients with elder care services to provide assistance to our clients’ family members in their daily finances and business duties.
Through our affiliated company, YG Capital Management, LLC, we are able to offer our clients a personalized financial plan. We accomplish this by first discussing our client’s individual financial goals and objectives, assessing their level of risk tolerance and determining an investment strategy that works best for them. Through our affiliation with Gasaway Investment Advisors, we assist our business clients in setting up retirement plans. We help our clients plan for their financial futures with a retirement savings analysis. We also design customized asset allocation and investment portfolios for our clients. Finally, we monitor and make investment decisions for individuals and plan participants, and make recommendations on the investments within a plan for fiduciaries of the plan.

The IT division at YG employs professionals who have that rare combination of people skills and technical skills to provide remote and on-site IT services to our clients. We pride ourselves on the ability to assess your current information technology structure and not only make it work but make it efficient. Through our Virtually There suite of services, we can not only monitor your equipment 24/7, we can catch trends in equipment malfunctions, oftentimes fixing things before you know they are broken, making sure that your computers are ready to work when you are.
Our IT staff specializes in the hard problems that face your business and examine uptime trends and regulatory requirements as well as keeping abreast of the threats that are "in the wild" making sure we sufficiently put in technical and managerial solutions for guarding your business information.
